📋 Description

• Conduct technical market analysis utilizing Lowry Research's exclusive data, indicators, and methodologies.

• Generate daily market commentary and periodic technical research reports that address market trends, sectors, industry groups, ETFs, and individual stocks.

• Observe and analyze market breadth, volume, momentum, relative strength, and various technical indicators.

• Assist Senior Analysts in recognizing market trends and formulating technical research themes.

• Contribute to regular research publications, market updates, and data analysis efforts.

• Manage research databases and indicators, facilitating enhancements and automation where feasible.

• Collaborate with both technical and fundamental research teams and engage in internal meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation or progress towards certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in technical market analysis or investment research that includes technical indicators.

• Experience in analyzing market breadth, volume, momentum, trend, and relative strength indicators across equities, ETFs, sectors, and industry groups.

• Experience in authoring investment research reports, market commentary, or other financial publications.

• Strong analytical abilities, writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

• Capability to interpret market data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly and effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
