Data Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Extract state unclaimed property lists on a monthly basis

• Distribute lists to skip-trace and batch data partners

• Cleanse, deduplicate, and arrange records into segments ready for campaigns

• Utilize AI-assisted research to locate publicly available Facebook and LinkedIn profiles

• Create new leads via social media investigations

• Supply leads for the Accelerator sales program and assist in heir search cases with the Return Assets Division

• Prepare files for outreach via mail, phone, and social media

• Monitor processed lists, match rates, and leads generated in monthly reports

• Collaborate closely with the Return Assets Division and leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or data entry with a focus on quality control

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, XLOOKUP, de-duplication, and pivot tables

• Background in skip tracing, working with batch data vendors, or conducting OSINT people research

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Access to reliable internet with a backup connection

• Familiarity with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

• Extensive social media experience in matching the correct individuals to prior data

• Bonus: Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar

• Bonus: Background in real estate, collections, or direct mail
