• Oversee, mentor, and develop your team by providing operational support and career advancement opportunities while fostering a customized team culture.

• Establish and track objectives, monitoring your team's performance through data and reporting in accordance with client requirements.

• Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.

• Your main focus will be on attracting top talent across Technical disciplines.

• Ensure the success of your team's primary delivery initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments within Talentful and with your clients to anticipate needs, provide insights, and produce comprehensive reports.

• Adopt a consultative approach to enhance the effectiveness of the internal business model.

• Identify and implement strategies for smarter workflows and define processes that create a positive impact for both your client and Talentful.

• Proven experience leading teams, successfully recruiting across diverse business functions in a high-volume environment, and managing a team with ambitious hiring objectives.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong team management capabilities, able to drive team performance and success across various regions.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, capable of building lasting relationships in a short amount of time.

• A knack for identifying and seizing expansion opportunities.

• A data-driven approach to recruitment strategy.

• Prior experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment model.

• A background in recruiting Tech talent.
