Technical Recruiter – Skillbridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform complete lifecycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles

• Assist in high-volume, time-critical proposal initiatives

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of cleared candidates

• Carry out candidate screenings and facilitate interview coordination

• Ensure adherence to federal contracting regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical recruiting for federal contracting

• Proven background in recruiting cleared personnel (from Secret to TS/SCI)

• Experience in high-volume, surge recruiting settings

• Knowledge of the proposal lifecycle

• Understanding of SOCOM labor categories

• Military or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience

• Background in matrixed organizations
