This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other prominent job boards.
• Connect with passive candidates through Boolean and X-ray searching techniques.
• Evaluate candidates for technical compatibility, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and salary expectations.
• Submit candidates via VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) in accordance with client SLAs.
• Organize interviews and oversee the candidate experience from the sourcing phase to the offer stage.
• Keep precise, up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or similar).
• Collaborate closely with Managers to grasp client requirements and enhance the quality of submissions.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the Life Sciences and Technology sectors at a staffing agency.
• Proven success in recruiting for Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering.
• Practical experience collaborating with MSP companies such as Magnit, KellyOCG, and Manpower.
• Direct experience using VMS platforms like Fieldglass and Beeline.
• Familiarity with U.S. work authorization categories—US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT, etc.
• Must possess recruiting experience specifically within the Life Science sector: Medical devices, Pharma, biotech.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours (U.S. work hours).
