This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for both technical positions (engineering, product design) and commercial roles (AEs, BDRs, CX) simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, viewing candidates as long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions.
• Monitor your pipeline with the same rigor as a sales funnel, focusing on conversion rates, time-to-hire, drop-off points, and pipeline coverage.
• Collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers; be present in discussions, help shape the job brief, and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Engage in proactive sourcing—look beyond job boards to connect with individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• Streamline and automate your processes—from pipeline management to outreach efforts—enabling you to operate efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Continuously track your own KPIs: recognize when a sourcing campaign is underperforming, when to modify a job title, when to adjust requirements, and when to shift your strategy.
• Facilitate a structured and efficient interview process that respects the candidates' time.
• Act as a representative of Secfix, showcasing a compelling employer brand at every interaction.
• Participate in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to promote team growth.
• Over 6 years of recruiting experience, with hands-on expertise in the German and EU markets.
• A proven history of hiring for Seed or Series A startups.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for highly technical roles.
• Comfortable with hiring across both technical and commercial domains.
• Experience working in SaaS or AI startups.
• A mindset that treats talent sourcing as a sales pipeline: consistent outreach, long-term nurturing, and a keen sense of when to push forward and when to take a step back.
