This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical roles for various clients.
• Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and database searches.
• Focus on a diverse range of technical positions, including Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Frontend & Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Automation Testers, Data & Cloud Roles, and/or Cybersecurity Roles.
• Comprehend technical job descriptions and client specifications.
• Perform initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates.
• Organize interviews and ensure consistent communication with candidates.
• Maintain precise candidate records in the ATS and tracking systems.
• Develop robust candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Guarantee an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical roles concurrently.
• Solid understanding of technology stacks and IT terminology.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn and Boolean search methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and juggle multiple positions.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Experience in consultancy recruitment is a plus.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
