Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in technical specifications to grasp the particular tech stacks, tools, and environments essential for various engineering positions.

• Propel high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach efforts, achieving a benchmark of at least 2 quality submissions daily.

• Implement swift recruitment processes, ensuring roles are filled within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment cycle within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages.

• Perform structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Employ proactive outbound strategies, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, to connect with passive candidates.

• Work in close collaboration with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure precise alignment on candidate profiles.

• Keep detailed records of interview results and recruiter notes to provide a seamless experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, particularly in IT, software, or engineering sectors.

• Demonstrated success in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment.

• Expertise in outbound sourcing techniques, encompassing cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search capabilities.

• Professional proficiency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to adhere to a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.

• High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in French (both written and verbal).

• Experience utilizing Loxo as an ATS.

• Direct experience in contract negotiation.

• Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications industry.
