Technical Recruiter – HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for positions within our Technology team, from Graduate Analysts to seasoned engineers and consultants.

• Develop and oversee talent pipelines in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to outline role specifications, assess candidate quality, and expedite the hiring of top talent.

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and industry events.

• Function as the main HR contact for both employees and leaders within the Technology & Innovation division.

• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and professional development.

• Mentor leaders on best practices in people management, feedback delivery, and performance evaluations.

• Assist with compensation and promotion initiatives, offering market insights and ensuring uniformity in personnel decisions.

• Spearhead onboarding and integration efforts to ensure new hires quickly become productive and engaged.

• Collaborate with the wider People team on performance assessments, employee engagement programs, learning and development initiatives, and culture-enhancing activities.

• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and HR policies in Singapore and Malaysia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, supporting managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Background in recruiting within the technology sector — familiarity with identifying high-quality technical talent.

• Understanding of employee engagement, performance evaluation, and talent review methodologies.

• Experience working with geographically dispersed or remote teams.

• Regional hiring expertise, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia — knowledgeable about the market, compensation frameworks, and local intricacies.
