Senior Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on innovative and proactive methods to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.

• Identify, screen, and assess candidates utilizing HireEz, LinkedIn, applications, and referrals.

• Perform comprehensive screenings to evaluate technical competencies, cultural fit, and potential success within Mozilla Corporation.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job advertisement to the acceptance of offers.

• Cultivate a diverse candidate pool to draw in skilled professionals.

• Work in tandem with compensation, PBPs, legal, and finance departments.

• Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and enhance recruitment methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter within the technical sector.

• Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools.

• Capability to assess technical competencies and evaluate candidates effectively.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies.

• Ability to thrive in uncertain scenarios within a fast-paced technology environment.
