Contract Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a network of product-oriented technical talent alongside recruiting partners to fulfill the company’s requirements and objectives.

• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, the applicant tracking system.

• Coordinate interview schedules using Greenhouse.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial interview phases.

• Cultivate relationships with diverse technical talent communities.

• Conduct initial phone screenings with recruiters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years or equivalent experience in technical sourcing within a high-volume setting, either through a search firm or in-house recruiting.

• Familiarity with coding languages, frameworks, and various technical tools.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Greenhouse.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other technical platforms.
