This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for Engineering roles (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.)
• Successfully achieve 20+ hires within a 3‑month period, balancing efficiency with quality.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Leaders to grasp business objectives, role specifications, and the characteristics of ideal candidates.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market research—going beyond just inbound applications.
• Perform comprehensive candidate screening, assessment, and coordination of interviews.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and securing candidate acceptance.
• Keep precise documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Presidio, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for candidates.
• Provide consistent updates on pipeline status, hiring progress, and any potential risks to timelines.
• Over 10 years of recruiting experience within a technical environment.
• Proven experience in managing high‑volume hiring efforts under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and confidence in engaging with passive candidates.
• Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with senior Sales stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortably operate in a fast-paced, results-driven contract role.
• Background in recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services firms.
• Experience in hiring across various regions or territories.
