📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish and implement recruitment strategies for critical roles, including engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

• Oversee a comprehensive recruiting process, attracting top-tier technical and non-technical talent for our B2B SaaS and federal software platforms.

• Lead outbound sourcing initiatives to create diverse pipelines for specialized technology positions essential to national security missions.

• Serve as a talent advisor to senior leadership, offering market insights, compensation benchmarks, and guidance on competitive hiring environments.

• Ensure a remarkable and transparent candidate experience that embodies our company culture and mission.

• Supervise the entire operational flow, from intake meetings to offer negotiations, guaranteeing efficiency and high-quality hiring results.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, demonstrating a successful history in a high-growth venture-backed startup or contemporary B2B SaaS setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the defense technology, SaaS, PaaS, or GovTech sectors, with a clear understanding of companies functioning within the regulated cloud domain.

• Advanced skills in mapping talent landscapes, crafting effective cold-outreach messaging, and maintaining robust talent pipelines.

• Outstanding communication, consultation, and negotiation abilities; proven capability to manage complex closing processes and advise senior leaders.

• Practical experience with modern recruitment platforms (Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse) and advanced sourcing tools.

• A unique aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effortlessly adjusting recruitment priorities as business demands evolve across technical, customer, and program teams.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, developing engaging employer brand messaging, and scaling talent platforms.
