This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify, engage, and source both passive and active candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and more.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Perform technical screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
• Work closely with hiring managers to establish job specifications, role expectations, and ideal candidate criteria.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, offering feedback and updates.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, facilitating a seamless and efficient process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to comprehend their requirements and priorities.
• Advocate for candidates and offer insights to assist hiring teams in making informed decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
• Share market insights and suggestions with the team to refine recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, etc.).
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the [tech industry/startup/enterprise] setting.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, QA, Mechanical, and Embedded Systems, among others.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in evaluating technical skills and cultural fit. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of boolean search, X-ray searching, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment techniques.
