This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Attract exceptional individuals to CodePath who will help us ensure that opportunity is distributed as widely as talent for those pursuing careers in software engineering.
β’ Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to enhance the quality of candidates in the interview process.
β’ Implement strategies to discover, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including sourcing, referrals, and initial screening.
β’ Leverage AI tools within the recruiting workflow to reduce time-to-offer while maintaining high standards.
β’ Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience through attentive coordination.
β’ Navigate ambiguity with ease and create structure where necessary.
β’ Highly motivated by CodePath's mission to revolutionize computer science education for the AI-native generation.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent engagement within a dynamic startup environment.
β’ Proven experience in managing technical roles such as software and data engineering, product management, and data science.
β’ Comfortable utilizing AI tools in your work, with insights on their benefits in recruiting while recognizing the importance of human judgment.
β’ Strong ability to cultivate relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
