IT Technical Recruiter, Australia Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement.

• Provide high-quality candidates promptly for both contract and permanent positions.

• Ensure successful submission, interview, and closure results.

• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines that meet hiring needs.

• Actively engage candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.

• Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared to act swiftly.

• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, motivation, availability, and suitability for the role.

• Confirm agreement on rates, salary expectations, work rights, and location preferences.

• Deliver clear and high-quality candidate summaries.

• Operate with a sense of urgency across multiple high-priority roles.

• Consistently follow up to facilitate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain organized pipelines and precise tracking of recruitment activities.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to grasp hiring priorities.

• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to enhance delivery outcomes.

• Drive account growth through exceptional recruitment performance.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for IT and technology positions.

• Strong skills in candidate engagement and sourcing.

• Ability to work both proactively and independently.

• High levels of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A solid technical understanding across various IT skill areas is highly regarded.
