This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish success profiles, interview processes, and recruitment strategies.
• Create and sustain high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.
• Foster a strong belief in candidate quality through structured assessments and evidence-based evaluations.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences from the initial conversation to the final offer.
• Enhance recruiting systems, processes, and tools to boost hiring quality and efficiency.
• Work alongside leadership on workforce planning and future hiring requirements.
• Continuously improve how Roboflow attracts, evaluates, and recruits technical talent.
• Take charge of recruiting initiatives and strategic projects that align with your skills and experiences.
• Proven success in recruiting technical talent within startup, SaaS, AI, developer-tool, or similar technology sectors.
• Experience in hiring for roles such as software engineers, machine learning engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, or other technical positions.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a history of creating high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Capability to assess technical and product-oriented candidates beyond mere keyword matching and résumé reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Established capacity to build trust with hiring managers, challenge assumptions when necessary, and make informed hiring decisions based on sound judgment and evidence.
• Strong operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently while ensuring exceptional candidate communication.
• An interest in technology and a passion for understanding the dynamics of technical teams.
• A proactive approach, with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.

• $4,000/year Travel Stipend to collaborate with other Roboflowers from any location, at any time.
