This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for roles in software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline the scope of roles, seniority levels, success profiles, and evaluation criteria prior to commencing a search.
• Develop and implement outbound sourcing strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Reddit, Stack Overflow, as well as referrals, networks, and targeted research.
• Identify and engage outstanding technical talent, emphasizing candidates who are strong builders, problem solvers, and exhibit high ownership.
• Organize structured interview processes and ensure consistent feedback is captured from all interviewers.
• Lead the offer strategy and closing process, which includes leveling, compensation alignment, and navigation of counter-offers.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring pipeline hygiene, documenting feedback, reporting, and maintaining data integrity.
• Develop and sustain hiring infrastructure, including interview rubrics, scorecards, leveling guides, and onboarding processes for new hiring managers.
• Analyze funnel metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance, utilizing this data to enhance standards and improve efficiency.
• A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant time spent acquiring technical talent.
• Proven success in recruiting software engineers and other technical profiles within competitive markets.
• Experience in building or significantly enhancing hiring processes, including rubrics, leveling frameworks, hiring manager onboarding, or ATS architecture.
• Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to conduct strategic outbound recruitment for challenging, hard-to-fill positions.
• Highly organized and data-driven, capable of identifying inefficiencies in the recruitment funnel and implementing necessary fixes.
• A clear and direct communicator who can challenge vague requirements and uphold high standards, even under pressure.
• Ability to source and secure the top 0.01% of talent, not just the top 10%.
