Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Anduril's software recruiting team and talent management as the company experiences rapid growth.

• Collaborate with leaders and individual contributors to identify hiring requirements.

• Source, track, and manage a large volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders informed.

• Forge partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and fulfill hiring objectives.

• Establish trust and operating rhythms with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate and manage company expansion.

• Integrate into teams to grasp product positioning, market fit, technical roadmaps, and team culture.

• Understand and convey the mission, team, and opportunities to attract outstanding technical talent.

• Monitor and evaluate recruiting pipeline and performance metrics, turning insights into data-driven narratives.

• Develop recruiting strategies for long-term company growth and implement referral and process enhancements.

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles and successfully closing top-tier engineering talent.

• Preferred experience in startup/software recruiting.

• A combination of agency and internal recruiting experience is highly advantageous.

• Resilience and creativity to navigate challenges, troubleshoot, and devise solutions on the spot.

• Clear, concise, timely, and effective communication with active listening and engagement.

• A sense of accountability and ownership over recruiting responsibilities and their business impact.

• Low ego and high curiosity, with a willingness to give and receive candid feedback and learn from setbacks.
