Technical Recruiter – Contract

• Spearhead recruitment efforts for technical positions across diverse engineering teams.

• Guide candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they receive an outstanding candidate experience.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify top technical talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on senior-level placements.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable.

• A proven history of establishing trust and credibility with senior executives.

• Strong consulting abilities with a proven track record of effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent communication skills accompanied by sound professional judgment.

• Capability to navigate complexity and achieve results, especially in dynamic situations.
