Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly qualified candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' technical backgrounds, motivations, and overall suitability.

• Confirm candidates' eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance status, and availability for NATO initiatives.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to effectively meet client needs.

• Proactively develop talent pools for future job openings.

• Ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date in the ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency setting.

• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting, capable of engaging both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in approaching passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.

• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
