This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Engage with potential candidates and leads via social media and professional networking platforms.

• Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Prepare summaries following each interview.

• Submit candidates to hiring managers while ensuring a positive experience for them.

• Monitor submission progress and keep clients updated on recruitment metrics and candidate statuses.

• Actively assist in placing available candidates into open positions for Talentuch clients.

• Promote ongoing enhancements to the interview experience for candidates.

• Recognize issues within the recruitment process and propose management solutions.

• Prior experience in a recruiting position.

• Ability to effectively promote job vacancies and the company during the recruitment phase.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Professional appearance and suitable work environment for conducting video interviews.
