This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out and connect with engineering, design, project management, and specialized technical professionals.
• Create forward-looking talent pipelines that align with key disciplines, skill sets, geographical locations, and business requirements.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry networks, associations, market research, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Evaluate and screen candidates for technical match, career aspirations, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.
• Present qualified candidate slates and nurture candidate relationships throughout the interview, offer, and acceptance phases.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Recruiting Leads and Talent Acquisition partners to implement hiring priorities.
• Provide insights into market trends regarding talent availability, competitors, compensation, and recruitment challenges.
• Monitor pipeline health, sourcing activities, response rates, conversion rates, and other recruitment metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, AEC, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting passive, hard-to-find technical talent.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, industry networks, and market mapping techniques.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend technical roles and convert requirements into effective search strategies.
• Experience in building proactive talent pipelines rather than depending solely on inbound applications.
• Excellent candidate assessment, communication, and offer-closing abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities with urgency, organization, and strong follow-through.
• Comfort in utilizing recruitment data and pipeline metrics to evaluate and refine strategies.
• High levels of ownership, curiosity, persistence, and accountability.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally encompassing both third-party and corporate TA.
