Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify and source top-tier candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews with candidates to assess their technical expertise, motivation, and overall fit.

• Confirm candidate eligibility, nationality specifications, security clearance status, and availability for NATO assignments.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Facilitate interview arrangements between candidates and clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a superior candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to effectively meet client needs.

• Proactively develop talent pools for forthcoming opportunities.

• Ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities, with the skill to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

• Excellent communication and interviewing capabilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based work environment.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
