Technical Recruiter – Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly qualified candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' technical backgrounds, motivations, and overall suitability.

• Verify candidates’ eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance status, and availability for NATO projects.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.

• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a superior candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to effectively meet client requirements.

• Actively build talent pools for future opportunities.

• Ensure candidate information is accurate and current in the ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.

• Proven sourcing and headhunting abilities with a knack for identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in approaching passive candidates and cultivating long-term relationships.

• Strong communication and interviewing skills.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based work environment.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
