Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment process for technical positions within Engineering, Product, and Design, encompassing everything from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and closures, while ensuring a thoughtful and intentional candidate experience throughout.

• Develop sourcing strategies for competitive engineering positions, utilizing AI-assisted sourcing methods to identify passive technical talent, employing tools that extend beyond simple keyword matching to highlight candidates based on their skills, contributions, and project history.

• Approach the candidate experience as a craft that you continuously improve and deliver at an outstanding level.

• Utilize AI tools to swiftly gain proficiency in new technical areas (e.g., understanding a new technology stack or role specifications), facilitating credible interactions with technical hiring managers and candidates.

• Collaborate closely with EPD hiring managers to define role requirements, enhance talent profiles, and establish effective, consistent technical interview and candidate feedback processes.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, recruiting cycle trends, and offer acceptance rates.

• Work alongside technical leaders to create hiring rubrics and establish leveling criteria for technical roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting within the fintech, mortgage, or financial services sectors.

• Knowledge of Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or a similar ATS, along with practical experience utilizing and optimizing recruitment technologies and tools.

• Background in a Series A–C startup environment.
