Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition for intricate hiring needs within the RMS division for Engineers and Managers.

• Create and enhance recruiting strategies utilizing prospecting methods, tools, and automation.

• Work collaboratively with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to influence recruitment strategies and suggest enhancements.

• Utilize a wide array of recruiting tools and apply industry best practices.

• Draw upon a comprehensive understanding of labor market dynamics and hiring-related trends.

• Take ownership of pipeline direction, driving results based on metrics-driven assessments.

• Demonstrate extensive recruiting knowledge and experience to address complex talent challenges.

• Oversee the hiring roadmap and its execution to ensure goals are met across multiple teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in divisional hiring.

• Background in startups, technology, and/or relevant hardware sectors (AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs).

• Proven leadership capabilities in ambiguous, high-velocity environments with an emphasis on strategic alignment with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ownership: Responsibility for results, with a focus on enhancing all facets of the business.

• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate a data-driven narrative effectively.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and a history of influencing organizational best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to meet creative and effective talent acquisition objectives.

• Must be eligible to obtain and sustain a DoD Security Clearance.
