Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions.

• Proactively follow up with candidates regarding scheduled interviews to ensure a seamless process.

• Timely communication with Account Managers to gather feedback and determine next steps for candidates.

• Aim to minimize our time-to-hire.

• Engage in networking both online and offline with prospective candidates to build credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter.

• Technical knowledge that enables understanding and articulation of job requirements for IT roles.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

• Strong understanding of sourcing methods (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
