This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the top of the funnel: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and create comprehensive, data-driven sourcing strategies across various regions and functions.
β’ Analyze the market: Create detailed talent landscapes by company, skill set, and geography; uncover hidden talent pools and competitor organizational structures to guide recruiting strategies.
β’ Generate and engage: Utilize advanced Boolean searches, tools, and innovative sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, HireEZ, GitHub, forums, niche aerospace networks, etc.) to identify and connect with outstanding candidates.
β’ Build pipelines proactively: Foster warm relationships with high-value candidates to facilitate just-in-time hiring for key programs.
β’ Serve as the sourcing subject matter expert: Mentor recruiters and hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, and best practices for candidate engagement.
β’ Collaborate for impact: Work cross-functionally with TA operations, branding, and university teams to enhance outbound messaging and improve candidate experiences.
β’ Monitor and refine: Leverage data and storytelling to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and enhance conversion rates at every stage.
β’ 8+ years of demonstrated cross-regional sourcing experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries (either in-house or in an executive search setting).
β’ A solid history in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical positions.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing tools.
β’ Proven experience in developing and sustaining long-term relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
β’ Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities - adept at engaging technical talent in an authentic manner.
β’ Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous and constantly changing environments with shifting priorities.
β’ Demonstrated experience in sourcing or recruiting within and establishing a network within high-growth and innovative companies for roles such as electrical, mechanical, aerospace, avionics, and RF engineering.
