This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Employ a variety of recruitment tools to proactively source, identify, and pre-qualify professionals with specific skill sets for priority roles as determined on a daily or weekly basis.
• Evaluate incoming resumes and perform HR phone interviews.
• Work in conjunction with the Recruitment Coordinator to arrange Competency and Tandem interviews with NAW Hiring Managers.
• Update and manage the Applicant Tracking System with precise candidate information; ensure that statuses and workflows are current.
• Identify passive talent and build candidate pipelines for future recruitment aligned with NAW hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with the Director of TA to enhance talent acquisition and continuously refine the NAW Talent Strategy.
• Establish and nurture relationships with College Career Services to promote opportunities at NAW and CAW.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting technology and sales professionals, ideally within the SaaS industry.
• Proven success in candidate selection best practices, including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing technology and sales candidates.
• Must possess experience in sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
• Familiarity with ATS and web-based recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.com and Indeed.com.
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and perform Boolean searches.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of staff.
• Demonstrated high level of service delivery.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
