This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, starting from job intake and sourcing to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating effective onboarding.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to cultivate diverse candidate pools for present and future engineering requirements.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, assisting them in articulating technical specifications and offering data-informed perspectives on the talent landscape.
• Ensure that each candidate receives a transparent, respectful, and high-quality experience, regardless of the outcome.
• Discover opportunities to enhance hiring processes, from refined screening methods to more streamlined interview panels.
• Represent Moniepoint within the tech community, promoting our mission to foster financial happiness through technology.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to technical roles.
• Established history of successful hiring in dynamic tech settings or rapidly expanding scale-ups.
• Extensive experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, encompassing complex offer negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment is advantageous.
• Practical experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
