This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from initial kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications and recruitment strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across both hardware and software sectors.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment, coordinating interviews and debrief sessions.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience at every interaction.
• Work alongside the sourcing team to enhance focused search initiatives.
• Monitor hiring progress and report on essential recruitment metrics utilizing our ATS.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within hardware or embedded engineering domains.
• Strong comprehension of technical positions including ML CV Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, RF Engineers, Embedded Developers, FPGA Engineers, etc.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
• A proactive and organized mindset towards hiring, emphasizing quality and efficiency.
