Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial kickoff through to offer negotiation and finalizing contracts.

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing methods, networking, and headhunting techniques.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp technical requirements and establish specific candidate profiles.

• Perform comprehensive technical screenings to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an outstanding candidate experience that upholds the team's high standards.

• Keep informed about market trends and salary benchmarks within the IT, Software Engineering, and SAP industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment at a senior level or 3+ years at a mid-level.

• Demonstrated success in hiring across various technical fields, including Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), IT Infrastructure, or ERP systems like SAP.

• Strong understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and the intricacies of different engineering roles.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with the talent to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative sourcing tools.

• Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
