This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI positions.
• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, Boolean search techniques, and direct outreach.
• Develop and sustain robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
• Execute candidate screening, conduct interviews, and manage the shortlisting process.
• Create and publish engaging and precise job advertisements.
• Organize interviews and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Guarantee a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Communicate effectively and transparently with both candidates and clients.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with passive candidates for future openings.
• Efficiently handle recruitment workflows and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Assist the founder with talent mapping and market analysis.
• Offer market insights and hiring intelligence as required.
• Keep organized recruitment pipelines and candidate documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or technical hiring.
• Proficient in sourcing and headhunting utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Experience in placing technical roles with a solid understanding of the candidate market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles independently.
• Familiar with ATS platforms and recruitment processes.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with a founder in a dynamic and lean environment.
• Nice to Have:
• Background in retained or contingent search firms.
• Experience within Security, AI, or deep-tech talent markets.
• Experience supporting clients based in the US or internationally.
• This position is remote and will be structured as an independent contractor engagement.
• Required to disclose any current ongoing roles or client engagements.
