This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for technical positions within Adobe Experience Cloud and associated digital transformation services.
• Administer comprehensive hiring operations in Workday—from the creation of requisitions to extending offers.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage candidates in competitive markets utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources.
• Effectively manage high-volume hiring situations with precision, clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Establish strong collaborations with hiring managers, project leaders, and Talent Management to achieve ambitious hiring goals.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and process enhancements to boost efficiency and visibility.
• Streamline workflows, automate interactions, and uphold a clean, reportable data environment.
• Advocate for a superior candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• A minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting, agency, RPO, or high-volume staffing setting.
• Previous experience in recruiting for roles related to Adobe Experience Cloud (such as AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AJO) is preferred.
• Proficient user of Workday or comparable enterprise-level applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, data-driven, and fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and systems with poise and precision.
