Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage contract technology professionals based in the UK.

• Evaluate and qualify candidates for suitability, readiness, and availability.

• Present candidates and guide them through the entire process and offer stage.

• Collaborate with the team to prioritize roles and sustain delivery momentum.

• Assist with hiring efforts in additional regions as part of a global team.

• Demonstrated experience in technology recruitment, preferably in contract or freelance hiring.

• Strong comprehension of the UK contractor market.

• Capability to manage multiple roles at once while ensuring quality standards.

• Confident and clear communication skills along with effective candidate management.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a global, remote team.

• Willingness to adjust working hours as necessary to support UK stakeholders and timelines.

• Self-reliant and accountable, with the ability to take full ownership of roles from start to finish.
