Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Recruit talented technicians, inspectors, installers, fitters, foremen, designers, estimators, project managers, and service professionals.

• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand technical roles.

• Identify passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, trade organizations, and direct recruiting efforts.

• Collaborate with Operations and HR leaders to comprehend workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

• Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Cultivate relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition organizations, and industry associations.

• Create innovative recruiting strategies for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates across various geographic regions.

• Identify, engage, and attract technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within skilled trades, industrial services, construction, or related technical fields.

• Proven success in recruiting hard-to-find field technicians and trade professionals.

• Experience in sourcing passive candidates through direct recruiting and networking.

• Strong knowledge of skilled trade labor markets.

• Exceptional interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple searches concurrently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
