This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for technical positions, focusing on semiconductor, silicon, hardware, systems, software, and AI infrastructure roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline role expectations, interview strategies, sourcing plans, candidate profiles, and evaluation metrics.
• Develop focused sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent within semiconductor, silicon design, hardware engineering, systems engineering, networking, data center infrastructure, embedded systems, firmware, software, and related fields.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates through strategic outreach and long-term relationship building.
• Oversee candidates throughout the entire hiring process, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, supporting offers, and closing candidates.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience that embodies our culture, speed, and technical expertise.
• Utilize Ashby and other relevant recruiting tools to keep accurate pipeline data, monitor activities, and deliver hiring updates to leadership.
• Assist in refining recruiting processes, such as interview frameworks, scorecards, pipeline reporting, candidate communications, and workflows for hiring managers.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and leadership regarding headcount planning, offer approvals, compensation alignment, and onboarding transitions.
• Represent the organization in the market with professionalism, credibility, and a comprehensive understanding of our technical mission.
• Travel occasionally for company meetings, recruiting events, hiring manager sessions, and onsite interview assistance.
• 5-7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in direct recruiting within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical roles in fields such as silicon, hardware engineering, systems engineering, ASIC/SOC, verification, physical design, firmware, embedded systems, networking, data center infrastructure, or other related technical areas.
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates in competitive semiconductor and deep-tech talent markets.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with technical hiring managers and translate complex engineering needs into actionable recruiting strategies.
• Excellent judgment in candidate evaluation, process management, stakeholder communication, and prioritizing hiring needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, including the skill to create compelling outreach messages for candidates.
• High degree of ownership, urgency, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assisting in establishing structure as the company grows.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tools; experience with Ashby is advantageous.
