Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for software engineering, QA, and various R&D positions, from initial intake to offer negotiation and closure.

• Collaborate with engineering managers and directors to define roles, align technical interview standards, and create hiring strategies that align with the R&D roadmap.

• Actively source passive technical candidates through Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.

• Develop and implement technical screening procedures, encompassing interview loops and calibration of panel feedback.

• Handle multiple technical requisitions for both individual contributor and senior roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion rates; identify any bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the process.

• Provide the recruiting team with insights on technical sourcing methods and market intelligence.

• Represent AxisCare’s engineering culture at relevant meetups, communities, or events as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency.

• Proven success in hiring software engineers.

• Practical experience in proactively sourcing passive technical candidates.

• Solid understanding of engineering roles and technology stacks, including backend, frontend, full-stack, QA, and DevOps.

• Experience in collaborating with engineering leadership to develop hiring strategies and calibrate interview panels.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong skills in candidate experience, offer negotiation, and closure.

• Capability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions across various levels and role types.

• Manual dexterity for using desktop computers and peripherals.

• Proficient in utilizing phone, software, and email to perform job functions.
