This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.
• Implement test plans to ensure new features meet TPM specifications
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge-case bugs
• Record defects in Jira with comprehensive technical details
• Work collaboratively with developers to verify fixes and resolve reported issues
• Set up user data and system states in admin portals for testing purposes
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define requirements for automated data seeders
• Carry out daily health checks of testing environments
• Provide the TPM with prompt updates on test results for Go/No-Go release decisions
• Uphold standards in test documentation and defect-reporting workflows
• Recognize manual scenarios that are appropriate for future automation
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical or analytical position, including roles in Testing, Support, or related areas
• Proficient user experience with complex software systems and administrative tools
• Familiarity with or a keen interest in learning Postman, SQL, and basic API concepts
• Outstanding organizational skills for managing data across platforms such as Excel and Jira
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong logical problem-solving skills to trace bugs back to their origins
• Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to produce clear, concise technical reports and communicate complex problems in real-time
• Candidates residing outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement and must handle their own social security and taxes in accordance with their home country regulations
• Engagement as an independent contractor for candidates located outside the United States
• Opportunity to work remotely from Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia
