Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create software quality assurance plans.

• Perform both formal and informal reviews at designated phases throughout the development lifecycle.

• Utilize subject matter expertise for high-level analysis, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation.

• Address issues that require a deep understanding of related technical subjects.

• Implement principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions, encompassing environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, and logistical support activities.

• Develop and uphold processes for assessing software and its related documentation.

• Identify resources needed for information technology quality control.

• Ensure quality is maintained throughout the software lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience in quality assurance and quality control of IT systems.

• Proven experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, as well as software metrics used for software quality assessment/control.

• Capability to create and sustain a process for evaluating software and related documentation.

• Ability to ascertain resources necessary for information technology quality control.

• Competence in maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.

• Current Active Secret Clearance.

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

• Capacity to sit or stand for prolonged periods and conduct computer-based work with standard office equipment.

• Regular verbal communication, active listening skills, and visual acuity are required.

• Ability to adhere to site-specific safety, security, and dress standards.

• Preferred: Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.
