Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated technology projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Convert business priorities into actionable project plans with assigned owners, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Manage project interdependencies and escalate risks or conflicts when necessary.

• Standardize tools, processes, reporting, and documentation practices for project execution.

• Drive requirements gathering sessions and establish deliverables, metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Deliver consistent project status updates, highlighting milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and conduct project retrospectives.

• Engage stakeholders, oversee project scope, and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

• Facilitate change management and readiness activities for stakeholders during project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• A minimum of 3 years managing projects through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives that involve technology and business stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).

• Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks (preferred).

• Experience leading teams that are geographically dispersed or remote (preferred).

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms (preferred).
