This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the comprehensive operations and service delivery of the Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC).
• Supervise a technical team that includes Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists.
• Facilitate regular meetings, including daily client status updates, daily team standups, weekly and bi-weekly discussions with DTC tenant customers, monthly CIO reviews, and any other necessary operational calls.
• Support clients in managing the DTC customer presales pipeline, covering Salesforce use case qualification, functional requirements discovery, and the preparation and presentation of high-level solution recommendations along with ROM estimates.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new DTC customer project teams onto the platform.
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate DTC actions related to customer application deployments.
• Supervise daily Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support activities.
• Manage license inventory, allocations, and renewal processes.
• Handle platform Authority to Operate (ATO) renewal assessments and mid-year modifications.
• Co-lead technical design reviews for DTC customers alongside Salesforce architects.
• Draft policy and procedure documentation based on Salesforce best practices and maintain the DTC Governance Library.
• Propose enhancements to improve the efficiency of DTC operations and toolsets, and lead the implementation of these improvements.
• Compile and deliver monthly status reports that detail team performance, deliverables, schedules, financials, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading large-scale IT projects and managing technical personnel, with direct responsibility for contract delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing capacity.
• A minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Developer engaged in both declarative (no-code) and programmatic (Apex, LWC) development.
• At least 3 years of experience with deployments and working within CI/CD pipelines in the Salesforce environment, utilizing GitHub for source control.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting, particularly for cloud consumption, licensing, and labor.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) holder.
• Capability to obtain a Federal government public trust clearance.
• CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this role is associated with a federal contract and is subject to relevant laws.
• This role includes participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation with other technical staff in the DTC.
• Occasional after-hours support is necessary for P1/P2 incident responses and pre-scheduled deployment activities.
