This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee mid- to large-scale projects from their initial stages to final delivery.
• Create project plans and offer technical guidance throughout the process.
• Allocate tasks, schedule meetings, monitor progress, manage issues, control budgets, and ensure results are achieved.
• Manage workstreams as components of larger projects when tasked.
• Conduct meetings, facilitate discussions, document action items and deliverables, and monitor completion against deadlines throughout SDLC phases.
• Identify resource requirements and communicate them effectively.
• Coordinate efforts with project members from various functions.
• Report project status to stakeholders, including executive management.
• Proactively address issues and propose solutions to management.
• Generate project management reports and adhere to PMO policies and procedures.
• Maintain notes and project details in SharePoint.
• Keep project information updated in the project repository.
• Ensure project documentation is ready for auditor inquiries.
• Assist in revising PMO policies and procedures.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
• Robust technical project management capabilities, encompassing the organization, planning, and execution of large-scale projects from vision to implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to document activities, foresee issues, plan timelines, and track performance based on priorities and deadlines.
• Extensive experience in managing projects related to B2B web eCommerce, ERP, and CRM applications.
• Familiarity with internally developed systems, SaaS, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with data centers, networking, and cloud infrastructure, including on-premise, native, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with globally distributed, cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Atlassian Jira, or comparable project tracking software.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teams, or equivalent programs.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in gathering customer business requirements and identifying resources necessary to achieve objectives.
• Strong change management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B eCommerce solutions, focusing on backend development, hosting, and data analysis.
• Business insight and comprehension of the Connection business and company strategies.
• Ability to grasp customer needs and the competitive landscape that shapes business strategies.
• Proven track record of engaging with all organizational levels and building strong business relationships.
• Capability to collaborate across eCommerce, Finance, Sales, Product Management, and Distribution Centers.
• Ability to address problems with minimal detail and standardization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
