Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the customer onboarding process.

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and on-scope product delivery to clients.

• Handle onboarding, project planning, requirements gathering, resource allocation, budgeting, change management, risk management, and project closure activities.

• Sustain ongoing delivery processes, timelines, risk mitigation efforts, and client communication.

• Enhance understanding of GridX product capabilities and technical integration processes to assist customers throughout the delivery phase.

• Manage stakeholders to guarantee that customer requirements are defined and met within the specified time and budget.

• Provide weekly updates on project status to both internal and external executives, or as required.

• Set customer expectations based on project limitations, updates, and challenges encountered.

• Lead and refine the project management function, including methodologies, automation strategies, and policies.

• Formulate mitigation strategies and strategically advance projects while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

• Adhere to and cultivate standard project management methodologies and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software product, project, or client management with a proven history of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects for large enterprise clients.

• Proven experience in managing large and intricate technology integration projects, necessitating exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, planning abilities, and multi-channel communication requirements.

• Background in working with utility customers and/or experience in the energy sector.

• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced technology environment that demands adaptability and high-quality output.

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and effectively allocating resources.

• Experience in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions with customers.

• Capability to collaborate across time zones and with offshore teams in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

• Background in management consulting or strategic account management, ideally within a software or technology firm.

• Experience in developing or executing technology roadmaps and portfolios.

• Familiarity with energy efficiency and program implementation is highly desirable.

• Experience in a startup environment.

• A strong interest in Clean Energy, Climate Change, Decarbonization, or Renewable Energy is a significant advantage.

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
