This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Establish project scope and objectives; create comprehensive work plans, timelines, project estimates, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
• Guide projects from initial concept through to final execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and conduct tracking/analysis activities.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, which include equipment suppliers, engineers, and installers.
• Lead and oversee support resources for project tasks and responsibilities.
• Prepare and uphold accountability for contract deliverables.
• Act as the primary or supporting technical and management liaison for the company, clients, and senior personnel.
• Assess and implement changes to methods or procedures as necessary.
• Engage with end users, IT services, and client services.
• Oversee technical teams and the deployment of technical solutions and timelines.
• Manage vendor task integration, along with tracking and reviewing vendor outputs.
• Direct the technical design, implementation, and testing of projects.
• Draft and sanction Standard Operating Procedures, protocols, and other project-specific technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary staff.
• Utilize project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Contribute to budgeting, sales and marketing strategies, and strategic tools.
• Propel initiatives aimed at achieving set objectives.
• Offer administrative oversight, time management, financial tracking, cost estimation, inventory management, personnel assessments, and support.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project outputs.
• Estimate staffing requirements, delegate tasks, recommend candidates for hiring and termination, and conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews.
• Implement company policies.
• Travel up to 50% to customer locations and corporate offices as needed.
• Acquire follow-on business and assist in new business development through proposal efforts.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Current secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• A valid driver's license.
• Current U.S. Passport.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 10-13 years with a master's degree.
• At least 4 years of overall experience in a management role.
• Capability to work independently, showcasing initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams in development and integration projects.
• Experience in a matrixed work environment.
• Familiarity with Government DoD programs in a Business or Project Management context.
• Understanding of communication concepts and protocols, including information assurance, network security, cellular technology, engineering design and adaptation, solutions integration, RF design, testing, and optimization.
• Willingness to support travel requirements of up to 50% for CONUS and OCONUS locations.
