Technical Project Manager – Protocol

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain protocol roadmaps using Linear, detailing schedules, dependencies, and milestones to ensure that all teams are aware of release timelines.

• Take charge of communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (curators, distributors, partners) to ensure alignment on protocol updates, launches, and dependencies.

• Assess project health throughout the portfolio, proactively identifying risks and monitoring cross-project dependencies to prevent potential blockers.

• Organize synchronization meetings across protocol, product, and engineering teams, establishing agendas, facilitating decision-making, and tracking action items.

• Oversee relationships with audit firms: negotiate contracts, monitor past and ongoing audits, and coordinate auditor availability with development schedules.

• Define and enhance Morpho's project management processes as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role within a sophisticated technical or research-focused environment.

• Exceptional technical communication skills: capable of transforming complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including leadership.

• Profound understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience tailoring them to research-oriented settings.

• Ability to thrive in rapidly changing, ambiguous situations.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in asynchronous contexts.

• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy: takes initiative without needing direction.

• A team-oriented mindset with a low ego.
