Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate healthcare IT projects and programs centered on enterprise imaging technologies.

• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications for executives.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, vendors, testing, cutover strategies, and go-live processes.

• Assist AI/ML projects aimed at improving imaging workflows, automation, and clinical operations.

• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational partners to provide AI-enabled imaging solutions and integrate systems.

• Lead the resolution of issues, manage changes, and stabilize post-go-live activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or a similar leadership position in healthcare IT.

• Proven experience in leading implementations that involve Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS, AI/ML imaging solutions, or similar enterprise imaging systems.

• Strong understanding of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and the complete project lifecycle.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Hourly Pay: $70.00–$89.00/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and employment type (W-2 or 1099).
