This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive delivery of strategic customer programs, encompassing pre-sales alignment, implementation, quality assurance, onboarding, go-live, and hypercare.
• Define and oversee project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery strategies across various internal and external workstreams.
• Manage customer-facing project governance, which includes kick-off meetings, status updates, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Track delivery progress against key milestones and KPIs, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, risks, blockers, and subsequent steps.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, handle escalations, and facilitate timely decision-making processes.
• Maintain precise project documentation, such as delivery plans, meeting notes, action items, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to achieve agreed-upon outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner for customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from project initiation through launch and post-go-live support.
• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, technical program management, and implementation management.
• Comfortable operating in a technical environment that includes APIs, reporting and data, identity, and compliance concepts, without needing hands-on integration experience.
• Capable of effectively communicating about identity solutions with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional customer projects.
• Strong aptitude for converting customer objectives into structured delivery plans and successfully executing them across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and expectation-setting abilities, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple customer programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
