This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee the simultaneous efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to deliver clearly defined outcomes within the constraints of time, budget, and specifications for medium to high-complexity projects.
• Manage an average of 3-6 projects along with low-complexity programs specifically in the IT Supply Chain and Operations sector.
• Assemble the project team, create the project work plan, and oversee the expectations, deliverables, and outcomes of all internal and external project resources.
• Include the management of external vendors to ensure they fulfill contractual obligations.
• Track project milestones and make necessary modifications to the project plan or resources to uphold customer commitments.
• Communicate project status and risks to all stakeholders through standardized project status reports and oversee the change process for each assigned project.
• Proficient in English.
• High proficiency level is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• More than 6 years of project management experience in the Supply Chain and Operations domain, along with 8+ years in IT or a related business field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.
• Experience in influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting structures.
• Preferred experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology.
• Comprehensive understanding of PMI project management competency areas and methodologies, with experience applying these methods to successfully manage projects.
• Strong analytical skills necessary to effectively handle activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working autonomously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with all levels of management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft SharePoint.
